1. Read the owner's manual for vehicle-specific instructions.
2. Check hose connections, condition of hoses, fittings, and belts.
3. Use Nulon Radiator Flush and Clean (R40) for cleaning the system.
4. Drain old coolant, rinse the system with clean water.
5. Fill the system with Nulon RLLTU coolant.
6. Bleed air from the system if required.
7. Start the engine, monitor the coolant level, and ensure no air locks.
8. After cooling, recheck coolant levels.

Nulon's advanced carboxylate inhibitor package ensures a more stable solution, providing an extended shelf life of 8 years. It prevents solid formation inside cooling systems, ensuring no abrasiveness to water pump seals. This coolant is dyed red/orange to avoid mixing with other coolants and provides maximum protection against cavitation erosion of wet cylinder liners in diesel engines. Ideal for systems fitted with aluminum radiators and not recommended for copper/brass systems.
