At RedPoint, we maintain a hassle-free returns policy. Our main goal in the first instance is to always ensure customers are sold the right product for the specific application so that you can enjoy your purchases.
Simply return the product with your original proof of purchase for a full refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, in the same state and condition as when it was sold to you.
Freight charges are excluded from the refund. If you need to order multiple items to ensure the correct fit or to compare products, we are able to accept returns.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please notify RedPoint within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution. Once we have checked the order the product can be returned and then RedPoint can ship the correct items or process a refund.
