1. Read the owner's manual thoroughly for special requirements.

3. Use Nulon Radiator Flush and Clean (R40) to clean the radiator and engine, enhancing coolant life.
4. Add R40 to the old coolant, drive or run the engine for at least 20 minutes.
5. Cool the engine and drain the old coolant thoroughly.
6. Add the Nulon Concentrated Coolant directly to the cooling system.
7. Ensure no airlocks; if needed, air bleeding procedures should be performed.
8. Start the engine, monitor coolant levels, and check again after cooling down.

Nulon Long Life Coolant is based on Hybrid Additive Technology (HAT), a blend of organic and inorganic additives. The advantage over conventional ethylene glycol coolants is minimal depletion of the corrosion-inhibiting package over time. This means maximum corrosion, anti-freeze/anti-boil protection is maintained until replacement at the recommended 500,000 kilometres or 7 years (whichever comes first). Nulon LL is to be used at 33% to 50% by volume in soft or de-mineralised water. Suitable for Commodores and Ford Falcons (V series Commodores and AU to FG/FG X Falcons). Guaranteed suitable for all vehicles specifying anti-freeze/anti-boil coolant.
