Nulon Green Premium Long Life Coolant 100% Concentrate ensures high performance and longevity for vehicle cooling systems. This product is formulated using Hybrid Additive Technology (HAT), offering a blend of organic and inorganic additives. It retains its anti-freeze and anti-boil capabilities over extended periods without significant depletion of its protective properties. This green coolant is designed to perform optimally in both old and new vehicle models, guaranteeing extensive corrosion protection, compatibility with various metal and rubber components, and extending the range of operating temperatures. It is recommended for use at a concentration of 50% with soft or demineralised water to achieve maximum protection. Being free from high silicate content, the coolant is gentle on water pump seals and effectively prevents nucleate boiling and hot spots.

1. Read the owner's manual for special requirements.
2. Tighten all hose connections and check conditions of hoses.
3. Clean the radiator and engine using Nulon Radiator Flush and Clean (R40).
4. Add R40 to old coolant, run engine, then drain old coolant after cooling.
5. Rinse all traces of old coolant from the system with fresh water.
6. Add required dose of Nulon Concentrated Coolant and soft clean water.
7. Bleed air from the cooling system, if needed.
8. Start engine and monitor coolant level until reaching operating temperature.
9. Re-check coolant level after cooling down.
