Technical
Superdraulic® Hi Temp is stable under normal conditions and will not undergo hazardous polymerization. It should not be used with silver-plated parts and should be stored in well-ventilated areas away from ignition sources and oxidizing agents. The product has a boiling point of >220°C, is insoluble in water, and has a specific gravity of approximately 0.87 g/mL. It is a Class C2 combustible liquid and is not classified as hazardous.
Benefits
Reduced wear at startup yet still protects at operating temperature; Improved equipment life and decreased downtime due to superior wear and corrosion protection; Excellent air release and anti-foam properties to prevent cavitation and oxidation; Excellent filterability even when contaminated, preventing filter blockages and saving replacement costs and downtime; Very high shear stability ensures constant oil viscosity; Long fluid life due to enhanced chemical and thermal stability
Install
For optimal performance, ensure the hydraulic oil is poured into clean containers without any form of contamination. Use appropriate personal protective equipment during handling to prevent skin contact and inhalation of vapors. Follow all safety instructions and guidelines noted on the label.
Fitment
Superdraulic® HVI 100 is suitable for hydraulic power systems operating under extreme temperatures. Typical applications include forklifts operating in hot kilns or cold stores, hydraulic drives in desert conditions, and machine tools sensitive to viscosity changes.

Inventory Extended Details
Superdraulic® Hi Temp is a premium grade, high viscosity index anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is specifically formulated for use in hydraulic power or control systems that experience extremes of temperature or are sensitive to temperature changes. This includes applications such as forklifts in brick kilns or cold stores, hydraulic drives in extreme conditions like deserts, and machine tools requiring constant viscosity. This product is dyed green for identification and offers low viscosity variation with temperature, superior wear and corrosion protection, excellent air release, anti-foam properties, and very high shear stability. It is compatible with most pumps, valves, and seal materials but should not be used with pumps having silver-plated parts.
