Highly resistant to aging, excellent wear protection, good demulsifying properties, maintains performance under thermal stress, adheres to DIN 51 524, Part 2 standards, viscosity at 40°C is 32 cSt, density at 15°C is 0.85 kg/L, pour point is -27°C, flash point is >185°C, viscosity index is 100.

Given the various stresses hydraulic oils are subjected to, they must meet several requirements throughout their service life to prevent the formation of undesirable by-products. HLP hydraulic oils, as defined by DIN 51 524, Part 2, are used mainly in hydraulic systems with hydrostatic drives that are subject to high thermal loading or corrosion due to water ingress.
