Mould Oil 9 by Fuchs Lubricants is designed for general-purpose release in various concrete moulding operations. It combines hydrocarbon base stock and release agents to give a clean break between concrete and moulds, ensuring a smooth and non-stained surface finish. Ideal for large metal or fibreglass moulds in applications such as concrete panels, pavers, and pre-cast sections.
Appearance: Clear bright liquid; Viscosity: 4 cSt @ 40 °C; Density: 0.825 Kg/L @ 15 °C; Flash Point: 100 °C.
Recommended application by brush, swab, or spray. Coverage: Approx. 20 square meters per litre. Suitable for metal and fibreglass moulds. Compatibility testing recommended for polyurethane/rubber mould materials.
