RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV has been specifically developed for heavy-duty industrial and mining applications, particularly where severe shock loading and extreme pressures are experienced. It provides a tough lubricating film which minimises metal-to-metal contact and therefore protects against expensive component failures.

Formulated from high quality oils and extreme pressure additives, RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV is recommended for all applications where a molybdenum disulphide grease is called for. It contains 3% molybdenum disulphide and due to the carefully balanced nature of the product and use of high quality components, RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV offers superior performance characteristics over normal moly greases.
RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV has been proven to perform in a multitude of applications, such as pins and bushes, roller bearings which are subject to high loads, plain bearings, sliding surfaces, bale pins and ball and trunnions.
Made with a sheer-stable lithium complex soap, RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV provides tremendous stability, water resistance and high dropping point for improved performance at higher operating temperatures. RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV has a smooth texture with a high base oil viscosity which provides a very good lubricant film while allowing for all-season pumpability. In cases where normal EP greases would allow metal-to-metal contact and component damage, RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV’s molybdenum disulphide solid lubricant provides additional protection for equipment.
