ECOCUT3030 - Medium duty neat cutting fluid for modern CNC lathes and maching centres, capstan and turret lathes. ECOCUT 3030 is a medium duty straight cutting oil formulated to assist in effective cooling, penetration and wetting at the work piece tool interface. The unique ability of ECOCUT 3030 to create an effective boundary lubrication regime at the tool and work piece, and to use the generated pressures and temperatures to activate extreme pressure additives to assist in the machining operation, is reason for its widespread use in industry. Designed and recommended for modern CNC lathes and machining centres, it has also found ready acceptance by operators in capstan and turret lathes. The combination of selected extreme pressure, polar additives and oxidation inhibition provides end users with an effective, long term modern machining fluid.
