ECOCOOL 400 is a high quality general-purpose dense milky soluble cutting fluid, which allows extended tool life with repeatable tolerances and surface finish.

ECOCOOL 400 in operation has wide operator acceptance as it is a pleasant smelling fluid with good biochemical and fungal resistance.

It is recommended for general machining operations on free machining steels, aluminium, copper alloys (ie. brass, bronze) and cast iron.

For the most effective use of this product it must be added to the water diluent under agitation, not vice versa.

Corrosion protection of valuable capital equipment is assured when ECOCOOL 400 is correctly applied to the machining process.
