1. Ensure the thread surface is clean, dry, and free of oil.
2. Apply the sealant uniformly across the thread surface.
3. Assemble the parts immediately after applying the sealant.
4. Allow the sealant to achieve touchable consistency within 10-20 minutes.
5. Attain functional consistency within 1-3 hours and final consistency in 12 hours.

This medium-strength sealant replaces traditional methods such as hemp, PTFE, and solid sealants. It can be removed using tools but is not approved for use in domestic gas installations, per the DVGW-TRGI 2008 standards. Features a brown color, with a density of 1.05 g/cm³ and a viscosity of 500 mPas at 25°C. The temperature resistance ranges from -55°C to +150°C with a maximum gap filling capability of 0.15 mm. The breakaway torque is between 12-16 Nm, and its shear strength according to DIN 54452 is 8-12 N/mm². Once applied, it becomes touchable in 10-20 minutes, attains functional consistency in 1-3 hours, and reaches final consistency in 12 hours.
