Usage Guide:
1. Attach the mixing nozzle to the adhesive cartridge.
2. Insert the piston into the double syringe.
3. Press out a small amount of adhesive before application to ensure proper mixing.
4. Apply the adhesive to the surfaces to be bonded.
5. Press the parts together within 1 minute of application.
6. The adhesive will achieve hand strength in 5 seconds (aluminum) or 15 seconds (polycarbonate).
7. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure.

The adhesive has a processing time of approximately 3 minutes and a final curing time of 24 hours. It boasts a gap-filling capacity of up to 6 mm. The hand strength of the adhesive is 5 seconds for aluminum and 15 seconds for polycarbonate. In addition, it has a temperature resistance range from -20°C to +80°C, with short-term resistance up to +120°C.
